So the entire Gossip Girl book series was published between 2002 and 2007 yet all of the action in the books took place over the course of exactly one year. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, even if the series were meant to start in the late summer of 2003, it would end  near the end of summer in 2004.

Therefore, the new Gossip Girl series, which is meant to start immediately after the previous, should start at latest in the summer of 2004.

Therefore, there should not be such glaring errors such as: stating that a character is carrying around a dog-eared copy of a book that doesn't come out until 2006, or using technology that doesn't come out until 2007 or 2008.

There were plenty of errors that started happening right around when the series started being ghost written instead of being written by the original author. Now there seem to be plenty more.

I guess the only way to enjoy it at all is to just pretend that the year in which the books are set keeps changing depending on the book you read. How completely daft. Then again, I'm about to turn 31 and I am reading a book meant for a teen girl. Go figure.

I woke up at six thirty because I was having really strange dreams. About an hour later, I found out that the update for the PS3 had been released and so I did the system update. Later on I found out that there were some systems that were having major issues with it and the patch had been recalled. My system didn't have any issues, do I get to keep it? Probably not.

I'm going to restart p90x. I started it all wrong and I never took the before pictures so I did that tonight. I'm going to do tomorrow and Friday's workout as a bit more practice but the fun really starts on Sunday in pdx.

I nearly went under monetarily because a client had scheduled my payment for Friday not realizing that it wouldn't go through until Monday. We worked that bad bear out.

I'm getting antsy because I still have a flat full of JUNK and it needs to ALL be out of here by the end of August 30th.

I hate it when I have an unintentional off day from working out.

I did not make the time and kept on procrastinating and it caught up with me.

Was it worth the $10?

I don't know. It took all of 5 minutes to read them all - but I guess there's a certain reread ability to them.

Then again, my father wouldn't have paid more than a quarter for the really tiny collection.

As part of babysitting (a baby, no less) I went to see Wall-e. Quite impressive, it was. It made me a little sad at one point - particularly, the point at which I realized that the future of Wall-E seems to be the future of this country if we don't really do something about it.

Ah, and what's more fun than fun? That's right, a baby throwing up on your bed.

I read Choke today. I was really excited to finally get my hands on it.

That ending really threw me off. I wasn't expecting almost any of it.

You'd think after a day of pushups, pull ups, and weight lifting, an hour and a half of yoga would be easier, right? Not even close. Even the first half hour were tremendously difficult. Ouch.
